Lorena's great yoga and meditation combineded with the stunning setting of the villa made it first rate.

The hosts and Lorena could not have done more for us. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was excellent,made from fresh,local produce.

As a mum of 6 children/step-children and a full time teacher, it was much needed and has given me the strength to be the best version of myself as well as show love and compassion to myself as well as others. The yoga was at a perfect pace and level that suited all levels of experience. The villa was luxurious and the trips were amazing. We did so much each day and yet felt relaxed and were never rushed. I expected to be on my own more, however it was such a great group that I ended up choosing to spend most of my time with them. I cannot recommend this yoga holiday enough. It was absolutely amazing and I would definitely do it again. Thank you to lorena for all her time and effort in making this remarkable experience possible.

That gave a sense of the real Greek atmosphere, as far as I can imagine. The whole experience, but doing yoga in the most spectacular places like the amphiareion in particular, were special and even emotional. It brings you back to yourself and what is most important. Thank you for that 🙏
