The scramble for Africa would be a point in time where all of Europe wanted a peace of Africa. This impacted Africans because this would Europeans could get their hands all over their goods and they could use land for other things.

1899- White Mans Burden is written

The white mans Burden was a poem Europeans and Americans how much of a burden/chore it was to go Africa and help the Africans out. It would not actually be a Burden and Europeans and Americans would just go but end up colonizing them because it was the "white way to do it".
