 I am writing to complain about (A) problem with (MY) new house. (I BOUGHT) This house i bough't last week. This house has two problems. First, it (DOES NOT HAVE)  is not some appliances. (THERE IS) NO In the house isn't dishwasher and washing machine. (A) Second problem is, (THAT) in the bathroom (THE SHOWER) is broke(N) shower. In fact, I have already talked to (THE) prior owner, but he don't resound (??). I have suggest. I want these poverty refund to this week (??). I am writing to complain about my flat.Throughout the three years since I live here I had no problem with this flat up to now. There (are)is two problems.

Firstly, last week I discovered that I have mold on (the) wall in the hall. It may mean there are damp walls. Secondly, a month is broken heater in the bedroom. I set it to level five but it warms as level one.

First problem is cracked wall. In livingroom is cracked wall in the corner. It may mean shifted wall.

Second problem is damage withers for heating.(??) Water drips from the tap. I think it is poorly gasket. 

I hope that as a owner you help me solve these problems.  (HOW and WHEN)
