The victims name has been identified as Missy Phillips. She was claimed to be camping with her dad and siblings when she was taken from a table where she was coloring in her coloring book.  On the coloring book was left a ladybug with 5 dots on it to symbolize his 5th victim. The Joseph City police accompanied by members of the FBI are on the hunt for this kidnapper.
