The Government needs to purchase land to be able to build upon.
Plumbing, Wiring, Electricity, Carpentry are all things that are needed to build a song.
2. a)Bunning's is a company who will benefit from the spending's because the Government needs materials like gutters, windows and wood to build the school. 
b) Dick Smith is a company who benefits from the spending's because the government needs to buy technology like computers, laptops, i-pads 
3. The government rely's on the schools to hire staff and the staff rely on the government to have all the equipment for them to teach.
