R- This article is definitely more for paying the college athletes then against it. It does give us reasons for against and for but it more leans towards for.
A- The author who wrote this article has a lot of experience. He has 30 years of experience. It says he graduated from Harvard which is a D1 college. He also wrote magazines for The New York Times.
