         <description><![CDATA[<div>This TSM (a visual) highlights the connection within the learning community between the students and all teachers, including specialists, and mentors.&nbsp;<br>What is missing for me from this is relationship between the students and their families. I believe that adding this would help reinforce the notion that collaborative relationships during Exhibition extend to the families (and outside-school community) as well. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This TSM highlights numerous ways in which assessment can inform student learning. There are several opportunities built in for feedforward and feedback. Monitoring and documenting learning is also included with several references to reflection.&nbsp;<br>Assessment (self, peer, mentor, educator) is a vital component of the Exhibition process and it's great to see it placed so prominently in this TSM. </div>]]></description>

It starts with learning that came before (concepts, skill development, inquiry process and international mindedness).&nbsp;<br>It continues with a focus on building central ideas and lines of inquiry.&nbsp;Towards the bottom of the visual are references to making a difference, and how and when students will act. </div>]]></description>
