With more and more of their citizens being vaccinated, there is hope that the restrictions will become more relaxed.

They decided to try to get herd immunity, so that it would be over quickly. It turns out that in doing so over a million people got sick. Most have recovered, but almost fifteen thousand people have died so far. In many cases, people recover from covid, but there is a small percent that have really bad cases. In some charts it does seem that it is getting better, but in others it seems as bad as before.
