A friend talked me into doing sausage stuffing one year. After making a test batch for my family it's the only way I make stuffing now. Minus the cranberries, this was the recipe closest to mine I could find online. My family and I eat this at Thanksgiving, and any special occasion when we eat turkey.

I was terrible at gravy then I watch Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa, make her turkey gravy and it was a game changer. This is how I make all may gravies, all the time now.

This looks similar to what I do. I think I made this recipe at one point a time ago before I made it better by adding my own changes, like cross-referencing a cinnamon sugar recipe and adding that in place of cinnamon and sugar separately and adding extra vanilla extract in post. This is great for when you make too much rice. You can even give the pudding as a gift to get it all of your hands fast. Worked for me. -Jeriko San Roman

A great simple sauce I learned is Ketchup and brown sugar. You can add Worcestershire sauce to taste. This sauce makes a great zesty and sweet meatballs.
