Tie the end of the balloon to seal the water inside<br>2: Put the balloon inside a plastic bag in the freezer until the water if frozen.<br>3:  Remove the balloon from the freezer and use the scissors to carefully cut away the balloon.<br>4: Put the 'IceBerg' into the container filled with water and observe.</div>]]></description>
