         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Social </strong><br>- women on the move - transport and the access to transport<br>- great exhibition more people when out / it was more affordable<br><strong>Political </strong><br>- Melbourne was against change, and  encouraged Victoria to do very little to help the public  <br>- Melbourne had a large effect on Victoria, somewhat father figure, she listen to him <br>- Albert also had a large influence on Victoria and believe that things needed to be changed<br>- Robert peel became prime minister, at the beginning of his term he and Victoria did not corr-operate <br>- Reforms were introduced those being educational, work place, hours and many others. this help with the well- being and maintenance of a happy working class. </div>]]></description>
