         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Iwan-</p><ul><li><p>Don't be afraid of AI, humans have experienced the turbulence of change in tech in previous times and were able to adapt and survive, this time it will be the same.</p></li><li><p>The goal of AI , especially in education, is to augment human potential, not replace it. technology can empower teachers and students, and educator  have to improve from knowledge provider to a facilitator of critical thinking, creativity, and ethical judgment</p></li><li><p>human is the one who control tech(AI) not the other way around</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Dr. Zubaidah-</p><ul><li><p>UB has improved the use of technology by using data to pair the disabled and the facilitator through the result of assessment data.</p></li><li><p>AI can be a powerful tool to help people with disabilities, such as AI-powered transcription services for the deaf and screen readers for  the blind.</p></li><li><p>we need to change our mindset to not try to change the disabled, because they cannot do it, we need to change the environment.</p></li><li><p>the work industry still has a skeptical view of the skills that the disabled have. most of them accept the disabled in their workplace because of regulations.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Andreas-</p><ul><li><p>Indonesia is still falling behind in AI, need for collaboration between government , university, and private companies to accelerate the adoption of AI</p></li><li><p>It is important to defining standards for accessible AI technologies and provide incentives for institutions to adopt them.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p>]]></description>
