Early Adulthood: It seemed that they valued learning and the application of knowledge into the real world. Some were actively in college while some try and "hit the books" to feed their brain with knowledge. There's street smart and then there's book smart.

Middle Adulthood: Most of the adults cognitive process has fully developed. At some points, an adult stated they had trouble recalling information whilst conversing with others, or just in general. Other's have stated they tend to find something that interests them to feel like a functioning member of society.

Early adulthood: Majority of them cared about their attractiveness and have tried maintaining it. A few were confident but most wanted to stand out. Perhaps to feed their satisfaction with themselves through the acceptance that others provided.

Middle adulthood: The importance to be attractive has declined and they have shown little to no interest to actively seek if others found them attractive. If someone does, then it's a greatly appreciated feeling. Most have accepted their appearances.

Early Adulthood: Expression of emotions, for males, can be somewhat difficult to do, so most brush it off and move on. When it came to sexual experiences, Both Male and Female found that their sex drive was relatively high. An exception to one male, because he had his fair share of sexual experiences so his sexual desire has declined.

Middle Adulthood: Sexual desires and the importance has decreased. It seems more like a chore at this point. It's nice but it's not a craving as it once was when they were younger. Ability to regulate their emotions and find ways to cope has increased. The lack of "explosive" emotion has decreased because in the end...Nothing really matters.

While transitioning to the middle adulthood stage most of the concerns for their appearance and sex drive has decreased. Cognitive function has been sustained through the process. At times, memories have been difficult to recollect and learning can be a somewhat difficult task. Most try to stay active with daily activities so have a sense of purpose. The Socio-emotional process has increased. Friendships and relationships have been permanent up to this point and the expression of emotions has been more acceptable across both parties.
