I used to think that things don’t change that much or they only change some features but animals have really gone a long way with adapting to their environment.

I believed in natural selection, the concept that variations of species with traits that better suited the environment tend to become more common than other variations over time, because more of them survived, reproduced, and kept that gene alive. This was proven correct in the simulation when I saw that moths with similar colors tp the trees around them survived more since they camouflaged with the trees, and with more survivors, there are more offspring.
