Everyone got the same information and had a chance to interact more. Conversations felt more valuable/authentic. The flexibility and freedom over meetings with our mentees were helpful. Not being tied to doing specific things each month was helpful because mentees and mentors could talk about issues that were important at that time. It was more individualized.
