The guy is a candidate because he is wearing a suite and the paper says vote which means vote and people vote in elections. Also the paper has boxes which represents other candidates. Next the animals in the picture are sheep because they are fluffy and white. The sheep are being herded because they are in a group going in the same direction because their heads are pointing in the same direction. The man represents a sheep herder since he is in front of the sheep and pointing them in a direction since his arm is in the air. The sheep represent humans as they follow or vote for their candidate. Since the man is pointing the people to the block of grass it represents how a candidate gets his followers by giving them what they want.

Ballot: The paper says vote on it. Has names and boxes next to them, which also indicates a ballot. It shows different options and a ballot requires you to to chose between those options. One of the options is grass. We know because grass is typically green unless its burnt, then its yellow. The green represents to be positive and the action to resume or go forward. There is a heard of sheep. We know this because they are little fluffy animals and are packed together. Most of them seem to be follow the box with the green grass that the man is pointing to , but some seem to wonder off. This can signifies that some of the sheep care not convinced by what the man has to offer. This reminds me of voting in the American system where the man is the candidate and he is trying to convince the voters to vote for him, but yet some are not convinced. (the sheep are the voters) The dog on the mans side signifies the sponsor for the man or candidate. The quote "A dog is a mans best friend" comes into play

-The term "ballot" is defined as a process of voting, in writing and typically in secret.
- The color green is usually categorized as meaning "good" such as how green lights mean go while red lights mean red mean stop.
- There's a large number of sheep herding towards the box that filled in with green. This likely signifies grass because sheep primarily eat grass.
