         <title>Quiet Friendship</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Be Yourself -&nbsp;Don't try to impress people by being someone you're not.&nbsp; A true friend will appreciate you for you.&nbsp; <br>- Risk Solitude -&nbsp;You deserve to be around people make you feel relaxed and happy.&nbsp; There's no time for toxic relationships. &nbsp;<br>- Join a Group -&nbsp;By joining a team, club, or extracurricular activity can help you to build friendships with people who have the same interests as you.&nbsp; <br>- Start Small -&nbsp;Find one good friend first, if you're in a new environment.&nbsp; Then branch out and try to make more friends.<br>- Team Up -&nbsp;Try to make new friends with your current friends around you, to help build your confidence when socializing. <br>- Ask Questions -&nbsp;When you meet new people, ask them questions and follow questions by really listening to them.&nbsp; This will show them that you care and will in turn&nbsp;help to solidify a friendship.&nbsp; <br>- Empathize -&nbsp;Acknowledge that even the most extraverted people may feel insecure or awkward sometimes.&nbsp; By being aware of this, may allow you to be more comfortable around them.&nbsp; <br>- Use Your Words - Make sure to speak up, so people know how you are feeling.&nbsp; Nobody is able to read your mind.&nbsp; <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Quiet Parties</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Find a Wingman/Wingwoman - Try to attend big parties with someone you know, to help easy your anxiety of being in big crowds. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;- Arrange An Out - Make a goal for how long you want to attend a party, letting your parents know to be on call for them to pick you up.&nbsp;<br>- Start on the Fringes - Give yourself time to adjust to the noise and movement.&nbsp; Stay with your friends outside groups, where it's calmer.<br>- Cultivate a Bubble - Focus on your friends first, allowing yourself to get acclimated to the environment before venturing into the group.&nbsp;<br>- Take a Rejuvenating&nbsp;<br>Break - When the noise&nbsp;gets too loud for you, take a break where it's quiet, to recharge. <br>- Stay a Little Bit Longer -&nbsp;Try to stay longer every once in a while, to see if you might get beyond your discomfort and have fun.<br>- Do-It-Yourself -&nbsp; If you have your own party, do what makes you comfortable.&nbsp; If you want to limit your party to just a few friends, that's fine! <br>- Initiate Plans That Work For You -&nbsp;If you're sick of going to big parties, why not invite your friends to do something that you enjoy.&nbsp; For example, you could invite them to go see a movie or get pizza. <br>- Stay Drug-Free -&nbsp;Don't turn to drugs to make yourself temporarily comfortable.&nbsp; Take care of yourself and stay away from dangerous situations/people. <br>- Stay Curious, Stay Compassionate -&nbsp;When you meet new people, get to know them, find what makes them interesting.&nbsp; Don't forget that everyone has their own set of discomforts, that's what makes us human. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Retain your Privacy - Make sure to keep your profiles on social media set to private, so only your friends can see your posts.&nbsp; You can edit your friend lists any time and unfollow people who exhibit negativity.<br>- Value you True Friends -&nbsp;You may make friends online, but remember to value and maintain friendships in person as well.&nbsp; <br>- Express Yourself -&nbsp;Use social media as an outlet to express your thoughts and ideas.&nbsp; You may find it easier to be heard online. <br>- Find Yourself -&nbsp;The internet is a great resource for exploring your interests and passions, learning more about them, and connecting with people who share similar interests. <br>- Take a Media Break -&nbsp;It's ok to put your phone down and take a break.&nbsp;&nbsp; It's especially important before bed.&nbsp; Studies have determined that taking a break from screen time before bed will lead to a deeper sleep, which will help you be more focused the next day. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Opposites Attract</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Recognize your Worth - Don't be afraid to befriend people who are extraverts.&nbsp; They may value your introverted qualities of being thoughtful and calm. &nbsp;<br>- Observe and Learn - Try to learn from your extraverted friends, see if they can help you to come out of your comfort zone.&nbsp;<br>- Know your Limits - Make sure to get out there to meet new people and experience new things.&nbsp; Just remember your limits and use strategies such as finding a quiet area to reset if you need it. &nbsp;<br>- Channel Someone who has the Skills you Need - Find someone who is the yin to your yang and see how they can influence you for the better.&nbsp; Think about what kind of advice they would give you to expand on yourself. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
