3 Things I Learned:
a) There is a Google Tribe Podcasts that updates teachers on the new apps and how to use the new apps through the G-Suite update and new google classroom features. I honestly never knew about all of these podcasts for helpful tips and tricks.
b) You can type in the URL link docs.google.com/create OR sheets.google.com/create OR slides.google.com/create OR
forms.google.com/create for a quick short cut to creating things on google for students rather than telling them all the steps to get to those places or having to log in and taking up precious class time too.
c) Just like Google, Twitter has a tweechme app to help teachers who are beginning in using twitter. Educators are taking over twitter pretty much and there are many helpful resources now on it. There is a chat list also by volunteers of all of the online twitter educator chat lists currently going on. There are also twitter mentor programs to help you understand different ways of using twitter. Tweechme app costs .99 to help with the development of the app. and so it is cheap for a teacher friendly budget!

2 Things I Will Share with a Peer:
a) The new google classroom features allows you to differentiate assignments!! You can select specific students to do assignments. I love this, now our teachers have an easier way of creating multiple assignments for specific students in different Tiers.
b) Google Voice Update - You can have translations done through this (our ESL students may benefit from this while reading and writing in the classroom). This will also help SLD (Specific Learning Disability) students in Reading and Writing be able to talk what they want to write and see it typed out and then they can copy it. This will allow them to see the correct spelling and sentence structure while reading and writing it to their paper. This will give them more confidence in the classroom so they don't feel so dependent on the teacher or peers for assistance.

1 Thing I Plan to Try:
a) I plan to try to using twitter more for sending out helpful advice to parents about different disabilities and strategies they can use at home. I can also use this to help inform parents of Exceptional Children programs, the IEP process and what to expect at meetings for families that are new to this.

Times are changing and technology is becoming more involved in the classroom. This video helps calm teachers who are unaware of coding and this helps teachers become confident in teaching coding to students. Students can do blogs to reflect and learn off each other as well as the teacher seeing what the students have learned.

I like this podcast since it allows an easier way of accessing educational information for teachers and how to branch it out to other teachers, parents and students. Also, I like that in this podcast they tell you what app to use for guidance in using twitter.
