He is incumbent. Because of this, he has experience in the U.S. House, and citizens may reelect him. He was also endorse by President Trump a few days ago on twitter. For this reason, loyal Trump supporters living in the 19th district will vote for Faso. They would want someone with similar views to their POTUS representing them! Delgado has been beating Faso in the recent polls, but I believe Faso will still win because of the experience he has.
