They need to understand that the toxic and unhealthy conflicts not only effect them but effects the students. I also want to bring empathy and compassion back into the work space. Staff tend to lack empathy and understanding for each other. I often use stories to reinforce a concept we are learning about. I would like to incorporate the elements because I don't want the stories to be useless and waste time. I also want them to be meaningful and relatable to the students. 
  I would also like to bring awareness to body language. I'd like to work with the staff to show them how their body language either intentional or on purpose can create negative feelings among everyone.
