Immigrant or refugees have left their social network in their hometown to come to Canada. Restarting a new life in Canada where most of them did not have any friends or family here. A Social and professional network is really vital for finding a job especially in Canada. They work harder to find jobs that match their abilities and because of that allows them to be unsuccessful and take longer to find jobs that accommodate them. which also slows down their source of income to provide for themselves and family.
