         <description><![CDATA[<p>To have student quickly pick up English within their first year.</p><p>To have student be submerged in an English only Classroom to have student achieve fluency in English.</p><p>The problem with this:</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"> No sheltered instruction, ESL instruction, no primary language support are given.</span></p><p>Teachers are not certified or given proper training when ELLs students enter the classroom. </p><p>It is a violation of the federal law, yet so many schools have ELLs submerge in English only classrooms. </p>]]></description>
