1) Form and time of feeding NA needs into the process of developing annual SALTO work plans, including needs for staff trainings/seminars/meetings to support NA’s work on the programme formats and linked thematic fields?

2) Form and time of feeding EU priorities into the process of developing annual SALTO work plans? (e.g. COM providing input at the stage of draft SALTO WP, before integrated in draft NA WP, before submission to NAUs and before submission to COM as part of NA WP approval process?) N.B. EU-priorities: the idea is that relevant EU priorities agreed by Member States in the Council are also subsequently reflected in the steering of NAs-SALTOs activities)

3) Occasion and form of sharing approved SALTO work plans and SALTO yearly reports with the NA network? (e.g. in advisory or steering groups, news item on SALTO website or other?).

4) Any other suggestions concerning practical cooperation arrangements?

Number of rounds per call - UP TO 3 rounds?

Maybe the 2020 would be a good year to test the idea of having up to 3 rounds in 2020 call in the youth sector? Each NA might then decide if they want to go for either just 1, or 2 or 3 rounds for youth in their country? Some NAs get good quality applications to be awarded in just 1 round; also applicants may submit several projects per round with different implementation period. This would provide equal treatment of all applicants of the Erasmus+ programme as other sectors have only 1 round per call.

Fully support the topics presented by irmeli regarding maximising the long term impact and vision for youthweek . be active be aware is a grea slogan - lets think about how it could be developed and envisioned for the life of the programmes .. a concrete vision based in values, and not a 'stop / start' chasing trends and themes

Proposal to have the same # each year for EYW, e.g. #BeActive, BeEurope - idem the EYW edition 2008. In addition the EYW ought to be organised at the same time each year to ensure continuity to include awards for not only good projects, but also for youth work (could be different focus per year...).

Running the activities in decentralized way would mean the budget structure would need to change, meaning that we need to put funds for project coordinators to run the activities and not only tickets. Maybe even funds for more inclusion dimension

As as principle, it's always positive to involve young people from different backgrounds (young people with fewer opportunities included)) but in order to include them, to make them confortable, the activity must be built on a specfic methodology, a programme has to be proposed as well as a linguistic facilitation

There alre also others, which are not institutionalised, but maintained with the suppport of NAs and TCA, which absolutelly relevant for the sector, like the Convention or RAY and others. and there are new emerging ones which are getting very much attention with huge effects, like the SPIs in KA 3, EGL and the Youth Work Academy and others. all those are part of further developing the youth field and building up stuctures which help youth work to further develop

Completing an application form is already a useful learning experience for a young person, so why to change something that is working well already? Young people's wish to travel, discover the EU, plan their itinerary's independently etc is a good enough reason for travel tickets to be granted. By introducing the requirement for only organisations to apply for travel tickets we're overcomplicating something that should be fun and easily accessible to the 18 year olds.
