Exported the Cryptocurrency Report of (Fee, Deposit and Withdrawal) into PDF format

Manually reported for the BT transaction but still no action or update taken from funding officer due to high volume transaction faced this week, follow up action needed to ensure all transaction is manually added

Tasked to export the Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer, CRM and Card Payment into PDF format from 6 January till 11 January 2025

Drafted and send out email to management for the Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer Report after final QC from supervisor

Helped my supervisor to summarize the final amount of Cryptocurrency, BT, Card Payment for deposit and withdrawal in CRM to prepare for management meeting next week

Helped out to fill the Bank Balance Tracking for weekly balance update on used bank of the company and it's highly confidential numbers

Started the week with weekly task of Funding Performance Report, Client Request Report and BT WD and DP to analyze the manual adding and payout from PSP from authorized funding officer and send it to Head of Funding Officer to prepare before management meeting

Completed the Payment Service Provider (PSP) report for all the payment provider which include the gross pay ins and payouts for the company from 19 January till 25 January 2026 and both report send out to management

Download and export card payment report from all PSP Friday to Sunday (23/1/2026 - 26/1/2026) to prepare for reconcilation

Check and monitor Extra Refunded client to adjust their account through MT5 if funds are available

Proceeded with my usual task which is to complete the Deposit section for all PSP of card payment

Tasked to calculate the difference in amount of all PSP for card payment in correlation with CRM to ensure no dispercancy and found a few transaction which went through an unusual PSP

Perform the reconcialtion for cryptocurrency for the previous week and ensure no dispercancy is issued through deposit and withdrawals from funding officer

Send out ticket to funding officer to help manual deposit transaction that is on Failed and Assistance status from the previous week for all Card Transaction

Tasked to complete the Bank Transfer Reconcilation for both PSP used and as per last week the carried forward amount is process this week, and similar issue persist as overload of amount and deposit and withdrawals caused many more transaction which is processed the following week

Complete the report for cryptocurrency after all the manually added funds is done by funding officer

Proceeded to share dispercancy amount of Bank Transfer recon to be added by shift leader funding officer

Visiting Supervisor Dr Ridhuan Bos was here to visit and had a quick chat with my supervisor and HR manager to discuss and engage regarding my perfomance here for 4 months and learning more regarding this growing organization

Completed the CRM Report for both Quo Markets and Tradequo and exported it into pdf format

Reminded the funding officer in the group regarding the ticket sent of BT transaction but as of now still no action taken due to high volume of payout and insufficient number of officers to accomodate those process those payments

Assisted on finishing the fee report for cryptocurrency as new payment provider is intergrated and many transaction were not processed accordingly and this weekly checking was taken over by supervisor

Send out ticket to funding officer to manual add and adjust deposit and withdrawals relating to bank transfer

Manually remarked the added funds to card recon previously for tracking and report purposes for the future
