         <description><![CDATA[<div>Improving my <strong><em>emotion intelligence</em></strong> and make the relationship between me and my team are very comfortable is my second leadership goal. After become a honest person, as a honest leader need to know my team very well and to know what they will think. That need leader has high emotional intelligence. Nowadays, more and more organization begin to focus on emotional intelligence, employees or employer has enough emotional intelligence will bring benefit to the organization. “Emotional intelligence refers to a person’s abilities to perceive, identify, understand, and successfully manage emotions in self and others. Being emotionally intelligent means being able to effectively manage ourselves and our relationships” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 146, para. 4). If I improve my emotional intelligence, I can manage myself efficiently, also get better relationship with my team.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be honest to my team and get trust from them is my first leadership goal. As a efficiently leaders need to be a honest person to his/her followers. “One aspect of being an ethical leader is being honest with followers, customers, shareholders, and the public, and maintaining one’s integrity” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 40, para. 1). And at the most of time, people cannot always tell the truth because some special situation, they prefer to choose tell a lie in order to have better consequences. But as a leader, I don’t have to avoid some cruel fact and lying to my followers. I will lose the trust from my followers even I told a lie only once. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Firstly, I need to make deal with my follower for the same goal, and I need to make high standard of my all behavior, let my behavior more transparency that can make my followers feels they were treated equally from me. “After all, if we are willing to follow someone, whether it be into battle or into the boardroom, we first want to assure ourselves that the person is worthy of our trust” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 40, para. 3). And I need to get practice on my time management, I think if I can always do the thing on time, others will trust me more. The thing I need to get improve is never boast; when others ask me to do something I need to make sure if I can reach the request they asked, if I am unable to do that I should refuse them. Because anything has to be maintained for a while before it becomes a habit. Then I need to recognize myself, who am I? what I am good at and what I can do to affect my followers. Write all information about me down in a paper, also add more on that paper when I find new good thing and good way to get improve on me. “Four specific ways leaders enhance the abilities and contributions of followers are by offering clarity of direction; providing opportunities for growth; giving honest, constructive feedback; and protecting followers from organizational roadblocks” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 212, para. 1). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a future generation leader, I want to get better on my leadership skills that to make me become a good leader in one day. Everyone has own characteristics, the way to do things will be different. If I want to get balance work with my follower, we must to have a same goal and to make succeed. <br>Through the whole course, I learned some professional knowledges related to leadership, and I want to use the knowledge I learned into my work in the future. When I as a leader, my goal is to make my team member keep the sense of humor and work in positive way through using the different theories, the most important is all of that should base on the same aim.      </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Firstly, as a leader, I will try to know my team member basic information and their emotion deeper. Then find a way to lead them be positive when they working in my team. “One model that is useful for leaders distinguishes the major positive and negative emotions” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 146, para. 5). People always be affected from outside factors, like their personal reason, so at that time, I will try to know some details about them if they like to tell me. Then I need to try my best to help them make thing get better in order to reduce the negative on work. Before I dealing with those thing, controlling my own emotion is necessary. Support maximum help to my team only when I have a good control of my emotion. Keep positive emotion both of us that can have efficiently work. “Pulling together in the same direction is essential for change to happen, and people come together because of emotion, not logic” (Richard, The Leadership Experience, p. 273, para. 1)When I achieve this goal, I can understand what they are thinking faster and work together to reach our same goal easier.</div>]]></description>
