         <description><![CDATA[<p>It's generally agreed that the challenges presented reflect fair representations of the experiences of CLC's as well as challenges non CLC organizations may be seeing in the community.   An additional challenge shared indicated that clc's may be using funds as an enhancement to their existing work vs really dedicating staff or funding to support optimizing the CLC investment.  Program integration and adaptation of content was also shared as a challenge. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In addition to the benefits which we all felt were relevant, additionally we added access to devices and AT&amp;T fiber and the overall enhancement of technical infrastructure for community members was seen as a highlight.  We also talked about the improvement and creation of a more collaborative eco-system was very beneficial.  Capacity building and partnerships were in particular lifted up. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Shared devices: Positive for libraries, community centers and in areas where not all community members have in home devices.  Collaborative learning projects or group learning environments.  Situations when you have learners who are less digitally fluent and can have support from other family members or training staff who can help navigate.  </p>]]></description>
