My name is Chris Mello and I'm currently teaching Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, and Physical Science at Snowflake High School. I graduated from ASU with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Biological Sciences with the ultimate goal of becoming a Physicians Assistant. I worked as a Teacher's Aide in a self contained special needs classroom at Snowflake and loved every minute of it. But, when the high school had 9 teachers leave/retire last year, they asked if I would like to teach Chemistry. I love teaching thus far, but it has been difficult transitioning from the "cool aide" to a teacher that the students respect and obey. I'm a very hands-on teacher and want my kids to think science is fun.

I honestly have little to no personal life...which is great because I will have no time for one. I generally spend my free-time watching Netflix or playing online PC video games.
