After watching the videos I came to learn that I was still nervous about NS100 class. However, watching the "Science in America" it made me realize that we deal with science on an over day bases.

3. After NS100 class is over I will continue to see science in my everyday activity.

Topic 2: How the scientific method relates to scientific inquiry and how inquiry-based learning impacts student learning

1. Before NS100, I have never heard of scientific inquiry.

2. The reading the article "What is Inquiry-Based Science" I learned that all scientific inquiry is the students working together to investigating a problem, search for a solution, make observations, ask questions, test out ideas and think creatively.

3. After NS100 is over I will learn more about this concept and how to use it more efficiently in a classroom.

After watching the video "Life Begins" it changed my way of thinking about how life began. I really never thought about starting billions of years ago.

3. After NS100, I would like to continue to learn more about life and the history of it.

1. Oh how my perspective changed since starting NS100 class. I know science was in everyday life, but I honestly have been going through the days without even looking for the science daily.

2. After watching the video and reading articles it has opened my eyes to just how much science we have everyday on earth.

3. After this class, I will continue to look for the science and use examples that I see to use in my classroom setting so that my students can understand just how much science goes on in the world on a daily bases.

1. I am not in a classroom setting science class at my job, however before NS100 I really didn't pay attention to science.

2. Even though I am not in a "science class" I do see my students in the regular classes using science. Like the scientific-inquiry. They apply it to every day life.

3. After NS100 I will continue to watch my students in the classroom use the Scientific- inquiry and encourage them if they don't use it try to use it. It could help them with solve problems not just in Science.
