This section outlines the daily program that children follow and it creates a sense of security.

In my own words daily program is specifically about the regulation so we can teach the children to learn before they go to next classroom level up that their in, i usually say we need to do the work so we can take it home and show your mom and dad, or could give them a sticker on the work they did when done, give them feedback on the work they did like good job or nice work your learning and say hi five

1. It builds social-emotional growth community outings helps children build confidence and also social cues, and makes them feel part of a larger world.

2. The daily program must include regular use of community facilities and services, as much as possible. It also provides a supportive and inclusive environment that helps children grow their social-emotional skills and feel a sense of belonging it also gives the children to explore and to experience things outside of the daycare.

3. We can take them to the library it will boots their literacy and vocabulary and it allows them to bring in imagination and concentration and libraries offer a sanctuary where kids can be themselves, fostering self-assurance.

Taking the kids to the school for the gymnasium would be a great idea it allows the children to be free and they get to be physically active.

We can also take them to visit the seniors/elders or arrange them to come to the facility and just have them interact with the children. The seniors/elders can tell the kids stories about when they were a child or show them how to jig or play the drum or drum dancing.

It is important to have communication with the parents because, they know how their child was during the day, or if any changes in anything, or if they are starting to come down with the cold or any sickness. They can let you know too first thing in the morning, how they are doing, like if they are still tired or they know something is bugging them. That way we can notify them right away, or if someone else in their family will be picking them up at the end of the day.

Three activities would be talking to them in the morning. Talking or messaging them during the day if something is going wrong or something happened. The last would be talking to them at the end of the day, letting them know how their child was during the day, or if they need to being change of clothes for the next day, or if they need more pampers and wipes brought in. We would let them know how they ate during the day, how they played, how long they napped, activities we did during the day.

Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health

-The key takeaway is that every movement counts, and simply sitting less and moving more throughout the day provides significant health benefits. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that most healthy adults aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week, along with muscle-strengthening exercises at least two times a week. 

Finally, be creative and think of three activities that would be suitable to enforce the regulation.  

-Daily walks, 30to45 mins at the playground, any songs with physical activities like jump, hop, skip and movements of the body.

1. To ensure regular parent communication regarding children’s well-being, and their participation in the early childhood program.

2. Regular communication with parents is for parents to understand how their child is doing, it can help the educators with some issues they may have with the child, parents can send what can help.

3. Taking pictures of the children doing a craft or activity, picture of the children playing outside, updating the parents about what their child/children ate during the day, diaper changes and naps

-It is very important to communicate with the parents at the end of day, or on a regular basis about the child’s well-being and program participation, also for many other reasons

-When they should speak to parents in private-for example if there are concerns.

Include these procedures in the parent handbook so that parents know what to expect.

-Communicate with parents about variety of areas include socialization with others, activities performed well, areas of interest and independence, areas of frustration or concern.

The 3 activities that would be suitable are set up a parent committee meeting, encourage parents to join.

-Set up an Open House for parents to come in, have a look at crafts and learning activities. Talk about what a child may need or may not need help with learning on or even just getting to know the parent.

-Updates-have any staff available to have a list of any updates for their child, talking with parents to communicate a few things that happened in the week.
