I would like to compare the length of her speech (counting words/minutes) with prior president speeches on the new College of Commissioners.

A possible pitch would be to look at more of von der Leyen's speeches and see if it reflects the trend of this one, but this speech seems very much future-oriented, which could maybe be a way of avoiding taking responsibility of the goals that have not been reached in the present.

Conceptualization of Freedom

We think freedom is one of the most mentioned words in the speech. It would be interesting to see the context in which it is mentioned every time and see the different meanings she associates with it.

First of all, we want to identify the sentences in which she mentions freedom. After that, we are getting rid of stop words in those sentences. Finally, to see which terms she uses to conceptualize freedom, we are creating a word cloud.
