I learned that I should be hygienic. After I play outside, I should put on deodorant. If I don't feel that the deodorant is enough, than I can put on cologne. This shows that I should always be clean.

I learned to always be nice to friends, and Allah will not forgive you unless you say sorry to your friend. You also have to be clean every day, and smell good. One thing I learned from our counselor is that I should be hygienic all the time, doesn't matter where. After I do activities, like sports, I should put on deodorant. If I don't feel like its enough I should take a shower, (if I'm not at school). This means that always being clean is good and beneficial.

Being hygienic and clean means taking good care of your personal cleanliness and health. such as regularly washing your hands, bathing or showering, and practicing proper oral hygiene. especially after going to PE you should put deodorant because you might not know but you SMELL!
