Company:
Nike
Strategy:
Video Marketing
Source: https://hashtagpaid.com/banknotes/nikes-approach-to-marketing-then-and-now

Explanation of how they use the strategy:
Nike place the consumer at the center in its efforts around product design, positioning, and messaging. Nike consistently uses emotional appeals in their advertising to inspire and connect with their audience. Their advertisements are memorable and resonate with anyone rooting for the underdog. Talking about Video Marketing, Nike apply this strategy very weel because instead of create videos, they create stories where people conect emotionally because they feel identifed. For example the campaign "Dream Crazy" had a very powerful message because they useas Colin Kaerpernick (ex-NFL player) who was the first athlete to kneel in the national athem fighting against the racism on the USA.
https://twitter.com/Kaepernick7/status/1037387722107830272?s=20&t=ZlidynDbOJii1xyzq7H2RQ

An incredible figure, but if you take a quick scroll down its news feed you can see why it's so popular. Amazon replies to a staggering amount of comments left on its posts - and it does so quickly, politely, provides useful information and links, and adds the human touch by addressing commenters by first name, with the Amazon employee signing off each comment using their first name also.
Twitter

Amazon's Twitter campaign is today less heavy on promotions than it used to be, and instead serves as a vehicle for driving its 2.7 million followers towards Amazon's additional services such as Prime Video and Amazon Music. The Amazon Twitter feed is also used to promote the company's blog content - a lot of which offers small business advice to those selling on Amazon - and deliver news about the various things and innovations the company is involved with and up to.
Pinterest

Pinterest for Amazon is essentially an extension of its main online store. Pinterest is of course the one social media site where a significant percentage of users go to browse for purchase ideas. But when they find a Pin from Amazon, they can simply click on it and are taken either straight to a page on Amazon.com where they can purchase the product directly, or otherwise to the seller's own website from where the customer can complete the purchase via Amazon.

Interestingly, the sub-pages for Apple on Facebook (for Apple TV, Podcasts, Books, Music, and the App Store) are all verified – unlike the central account. These pages are all actively posting – also unlike the central account – with the Apple TV page seeing the most engagement and highest number of likes (28m).
Apple use their central accounts sparingly to focus on 1 specific product launch/event/etc, generating hype for new releases, whereas the accounts for sub-brands and products are more active and ongoing.
-Twitter: One aspect of modern social media marketing that Apple have been more willing to tap into is social media as a customer service tool. As an immediate communication medium that provides transparency, social media provides the perfect platform for customer service.
-Instagram: they use a the hashtag "#ShotOniPhone, calling all iPhone users to submit their best iPhone photography. The hashtag helps photographers get their work seen, as well as promote the iPhone – a win-win situation.
