-Return is level of profit from investment or reward for invest.
-Risk is the chance that the actual return from an investment may differ from what is expected.
-Example of risk: Business Risk , Financial Risk , Purchasing Power Risk.

*Step 5 : Selecting suitable investment
-Collect information in specific investment and use to select specific investment align with the goals.
-Must assess factors.
-Make investment selection.

*Step 6: Constructing a diversified portfolio
-Assemble an portfolio.
-Investor will use diversification, the inclusion of a number of different investment in a portfolio, to earn higher returns, to reduce risk or to do a little of both.
-Diversification can increase and decrease risks.
-Decrease portfolio risk via choosing investment with different risk characteristic and exposures.
