These books depict many different people and cultures all around the globe and even incorporate some information about outer space. The numbered columns are organized by genre, and you will be able to scroll and view 3-4 books as well as related book features within each genre. 

You are able to click on all the pink words in each column. These pink words will lead you to various listed websites to view different texts and videos. Depending on your preferences, you can listen to a book, or read a book, or watch a book trailer, for example. All the books in our library are meant to serve as "mirrors," where you can find yourself in and relate to the story, or "windows" where you can learn more about and appreciate other people as well as diverse cultures and perspectives. https://www.pbs.org/education/blog/the-importance-of-windows-and-mirrors-in-stories
