We begun the morning with an introduction to the course as well as what it applies, providing us with the knowledge that without completing this unit, we cannot move on to our final major project. 

I have completed the first task of unit 7 which is to read through the brief and to create a visual mind map based upon ten factors in which I wrote about in detail, providing photos and examples.

I made sure to evenly state why they are both suitable website builders including the drawbacks of them. I had found it a struggle to complete overall comparison for Wix as the website would only allow me to edit one template, after that it stated that I have to upgrade my software in order to carry on using it and this was a big issue because it would not allow me to update my software. In order to overcome this, I tried using another computer and observed another individual who manage to edit and practice for their site building.

I have completed the website proposal, adding in comparisons from my secondary research as well as ex, aiming the overall of my website design. I will make sure to conduct my own primary research so I am able to compare and analyse results from previous websites once I have designed my own. I would like to conduct a short questionnaire on wether my audience will like the idea of a pastel, retro themed website to show off a journalists portfolio and their recommendations for good website builders. 

I beleive I have met my own personal target which is - To search through different websites, thinking about the functionality and how I will apply this to my own work - I have searched through a variety of websites and saved links and comparison sites in order to find the most suitable one for me.
