If a veteran returns home with disabilities, no job, trauma, substance abuse, etc. they risk homelessness. These veterans come home unable to independently care for themselves and if they've exhausted their resources, don't know what resources are there for them, or don't have family to take care of them they end up on the streets homeless.</div>]]></description>
