         <description><![CDATA[<div>The article was a great reminder to continue to make connections with our students. However, I still feel that we need to establish guidelines and expectations first as we develop those relationships. It takes time to develop the "7 touches" with each of our 150 students, and if we don't establish our expectations/rules first, the students won't know what to expect, and we all know they walk in day 1 wanting to know what all of our expectations are. </div>]]></description>
