         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well-being is a description of an experience, or state of mind, which may be accompanied by good or ill-health.&nbsp; It may be manifestation of psychological, social or biological factors.&nbsp; However ‘health professionals’ are more likely to focus on the biological factors which are deemed to be an abnormality, the ‘aetiology’ that is used as an&nbsp; explanation’ of the illness, the treatment offered and the prognosis expected back towards normality.&nbsp; However the culture of the patient and the dynamic interaction between the culture of the person experiencing and the person treating the symptoms and the cultural environment (including the local community) will also effect well-being, outcomes and recovery.<br><br></div>]]></description>
