The way she learned and respected the people around her made me curious as to who she is and therefore I made an effort to look her up, Upon researching about her, I ended up watching a video of her remarks addressing sexism and a fellow representative's verbal assaults towards her. Moreover, she has also done campaigns regarding economical issues in her community, and so much more. Being a complete inspiration to all women.

Chel Diokno is one of the people who I looked up to. He is one with the people and is compassionate to help them even if he gets nothing in return. He also provides free legal assistance to the victims of human rights violations and civil liberties, and fight for the oppressed and the marginalized. He may not be all over the billboards nor in our screens, but his contributions has greatly made an impact to many lives, including mine. A leader is someone who inspires the community to move toward the better version of themselves and not someone who separates the community just because they can’t meet eye to eye. Atty. Chel Diokno is a leader for everyone, not just a certain group of people. He is realistic, just, humane, and a man of integrity.

She made several societal contributions and successes. She is an outspoken proponent of the Freedom of Information Act and the Bangsamoro Basic Law, she was an advocate lawyer, she formed Lakas ng Kababaihan ng Naga, she's the head of “Angat Buhay” (Lifting Life), a social movement for the underprivileged, and a vice-chairman of the House committees.

Even if her position in the administration is not high, I've witnessed several of her actions for the Philippines. She strives to communicate with people, connect with them, and assist them in any way she can. I was impressed by her acts; she isn't simply wonderful with words; she surely demonstrates them via her efforts. I witnessed with her that you are more than simply a woman; women are capable of going above and beyond what society expects of them.

One example is that in the public school teachers and students are given free laptop because he knows and he listens to the people in his community that not everyone can afford laptop for online school.  Another example is the ayuda and free medicine that they are giving, you can clearly see that he went all out for his community because he is fully aware that one of the biggest worry of the people is the food that they will serve in the table because of the financial challenges. I can see all of these because my family is from Pasig and we are still amazed of how he managed to change pasig for the better especially considering that he is still young.  He influences me to be a leader and reminded me that there is no age requirement for you to help change something for good and also we should always be mindful that we don’t have to have a place in the politics to help people, we can always help in our own little ways.

My ideal leader is Kim NamJoon from the kpop group of BTS. He is well known for being the leader of the group but being at the young age he proves that he is a great leader himself. One of his characteristics is that he knows how to take care of his members of the group, being socially aware about social issues and concerns that the world is experiencing, and he is strong enough to face criticisms from other people to their group. At a very young age, he become a speaker from their campaign along with United Nations entitled "Love Myself". In this campaign they send a powerful message regarding anti-bullying and promoting self-love among the youths across the world. Recently, they comeback at United Nations General Assembly to give speech again about giving hope and power to the youths and young adulthood to shape their own future. With their campaigns in United Nations, he influence me so much to continue living despite the global crisis that we are facing and he shows that he is a great leader himself to his group.

One time, I came across coach Lyqa's videos and the rest is history. Miss Lqca is a licensed teacher, registered psychometrician, and content creator who makes videos about proper etiquette in public speaking, ways to answer job interview questions, using the English language fluently (how to speak and write it accurately), and many more. I find her videos essential and very helpful for me in a way that it helps me build my self-confidence, improve my English speaking, and be prepared in the future. Coach Lyca taught me that the word "trying hard" is not something I should be ashamed of, especially if this will help my personal growth. Her life became my inspiration not to give up on myself. She is a woman who believes in and empowers the next generation by using her platform to educate people. In the internet world, we need someone like her who will be a vessel of knowledge and enlightenment.
