What are the first words each young person hears you say? Hi it’s so good to see you! What did you do yesterday? Can you commit to investing seven seconds to make a student’s day? One of the great things about working in preschool is being able to walk our students down the hall in the mornings from the bus or car. This gives me time to ask them how their day was the day before, as well as to gauge how they feel that day. Most likely, you know which students need that pep talk the most. What will you say to those students?
