         <description><![CDATA[<div>The one takeaway that resonated the most with me is that of grouping students in a "home" group. I learned that it is beneficial to keep groups of 3 to 4 students in the same small group for the entire school year. This was found to be more effective that re-arranging groups.</div>]]></description>
