Students often use recorded lectures for preparing their exams.

For specific topics or difficult subject matter, making a short knowledge clip can be a good time investment. The knowledge usually does not change over time, so clips can be re-used in the years to come. Students can watch the clip before entering the lecture and the lecturer can go in-depth on the subject matter during the lecture.
