2) Limited 4G coverage in Malaysia. Most of Peninsular Malaysia is covered by 3G network with afew places covered by 4G but only half of East Malaysia is covered 3G network. Unlike Peninsular Malaysia, from my testing of WEBE's coverage area from WEBE's website, most if not all big cities in East Malaysia is only covered by 3G network.

3) TM is known for their lackluster customer service at least from what I gather from user comments including some of my friends in Kuching (one of them has a father who works with TM). It is a liability in their part which will scare or throw away both potential and current WEBE users.

A smart, solid and modern interface website is also seen here which easily guides the customer to know more about WEBE.

3) WEBE offers Unifi-like speed and unlimited speed in a postpaid plan with at least a monthly total payment of RM139 (not including shared lines and other TM/P1 internet plans) to TM. While TM does not encourage sharing internet through WEBE by using a pay-to-use service, it is actually a smart business tactic to reduce traffic congestion in the client network which reduces cost of server management.
