In other words, he stresses the importance of treating customers, employees, and business partners as he would like to be treated. Over his 25 years as the owner of Roasters, Craig Gualtiere expanded company operations to open two additional Amarillo locations. According to many local coffee drinkers and media outlets, Roasters has been selling the best coffee in Amarillo for decades. Mr. Gualtiere himself has been the subject of laudatory journalistic profiles by both the Amarillo Pioneer and the Amarillo Globe-News.
