--> Fragestellung: Wie sollte eine SOP gestaltet sein, damit sie dem Facharbeiter vom größtmöglichen Nutzen ist?
-> nicht zu lang
-> eindeutig (ohne Interpretationsspielraum)
-> einfache Sprache

mögliche Lösungen:
- strukturierte Dokumente
- Unterstützung durch Fotos und/oder kurzen Videos (z.B. von komplizierten Handgriffen)

Lernsituationen:
--> SOP erstellen 
- zur Bedienung verschiedener Instrumente zur Qualitätskontrolle (zum Beispiel Abrieb von Tabletten)
