    • Customer emotion of early adopters:
    Mostly upset during the "Riding the bus/mrt" stage. The reason is they cannot locate the seat. Neutral for rest of journey.

    Root Cause of 3 problems: 
    The root cause of the problem is it does not address their needs. The elderly, pregnant woman with young children and people with disabilities need the seat, in order to fulfil individual needs.

    Merge 3 problems: 
    During overcrowding, public don't want to give up seats since it is troublesome. Shows lack of public initiative, affecting the journey of commuter with old age health issues (eg. knee pain). 

    The 3 scenarios are beyond control of the PG commuters. Will likely face no issues if the situations are within their control.

    2. Tired. Peak period overcrowding, no seats, have to stand on long journeys. However, don't mind waiting for next train/bus.
    3. Student is worried about waiting for next train and late attendance. 
    4. Concerned of molestation.

    Conclusion:
    Younger people have no problems doing homework on public transport. Other problems are not addressable (Eg. Late attendance, molestation). 
    Root cause: 
    Younger generation are less accountable for life issues. 
    Older commuters have more issues compared to younger commuters.

    Conclusion:
    Problems centre around health issues and overcrowding. From the elderly alone, we did not find more insightful causes of the problems.Furthermore, there are few existing alternative to address these problems. 

    Root Cause: 
    Needs for the seats stem from age. Age leads to knee pain or less balance control, public transport hiccups(lack of seats) are less tolerable. 
    We should expand the group to include all Priority seat users, to find more insightful causes of the problems.
