         <description><![CDATA[<div>This table is an exponential table because there is a common ratio throughout the table.<br>The Recursive equation is f(1)=4 f(n)=f(n-1) x1/4<br>The explicit equation is f(n)= 16(1/4)^n.<br>This is the equation because you start with 16 and then you divide by 4 however many times the n equals.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This table is an example of a linear table because the common difference remains the same throughout the table. The recursive equation is f(0)=3 f(n)= f(n-1)+8<br>This is the recursive equation because to get from one y value to the next you add 8.&nbsp;<br>The explicit equation is f(n)=8n+3. This is the explicit equation because the common difference is 8 and when the x value is zero the y value is 3 so you add three in the equation.</div>]]></description>
