         <description><![CDATA[<div>DIBELS, WRAP, DRA2, Fountas and Pinnell.  There are many tools that teachers may use to assess student reading level.  No one system is perfect.  Fountas and Pinnell appeared to be the best system out of those presented in class for my middle grade students based on the fact that it measures high level comprehension skills in addition to basic fluency, accuracy and literal comprehension.</div>]]></description>
