However, during HBL days I have to be self-directed as I can get distracted easily by the messages and notifications on my phone. During HBL, I can also study alone and that boosts my productivity. Sometimes I don't know what to do or when the work is due. 
Additionally, we have quite a few tests coming up soon, but it's hard to stay motivated and study- especially because many of these subjects or concepts are new to me and it's difficult to understand them. 
However, by managing my time by making sure I get certain things done before lunch or before a certain time and taking sufficient breaks in between, I managed to get most of my work out of the way.
