I would help Foster and promote that members pair up and help each other pro Bono. My management contribution is to track how much people are entering such agreements, and how much time they do, and periodically show back to the community the quantity (and some qualitative) data in building community. As well as devise a rubric for doing so. My role is to discuss this program and encourage people to match up.
